Providing the opportunity for affordable and desirable housing for all low to moderate income residents of Lebanon and Wilson County.
Fostering a collaboration between local government, neighborhood organizations, business and civic leaders and other individuals, agencies, and organizations interested in expanding housing opportunities for low to moderate income households.
Combating the local problems of substandard housing conditions through rehabilitation of existing substandard housing units.
Developing new housing facilities in the place blighted structures or blighted vacant sites in existing inner-city areas for the purpose of combating the deterioration of the community and contributing to its physical improvement.
Promoting the application of design standards that will enable housing developments and units to meet the special needs of diverse segments of the low and moderate income housing market.
Providing homebuyer education to low and moderate income residents of Lebanon and Wilson County.
